The forms in the Church Conference and Pastoral Support packages are offered in both PDF (Portable Document Format) and Rich Text Format(RTF) or Microsoft Excel (when applicable).
The Rich Text Format or Excel version of these forms will allow you to complete them on-line, and then save the completed form to your computer. To save the form to your computer, click on File, then Save As, then name the document and indicate where you want it saved.
While most word processing programs, such as Microsoft Word, are able to read and write Rich Text Format documents and Microsoft Excel is a widely used program, not everyone has them in their computer. For those without a word processor, such as Microsoft Word, and/or Micosoft Excel, the PDF version of the forms should be used. The PDF format files allow all users, regardless of their individual computer's operating system and/or word processing program, to open and complete forms with the free Adobe Reader program.
The PDF forms are with fill-in fields that will allow you to type but will not allow you to save the filled-out form to your computer. Please print the document to give to the District Superintendent and have a paper copy for your files.
