Judge Chagares has served as judge for the 3rd Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, headquartered in Newark, since his 2006 appointment by President George W. Bush.

Dr. Mitchell founded Respond Inc. in 1967 to enhance and promote the economic independence and general welfare of those residing in Camden City and County, a not-for-profit corporation of community residents; Respond Inc. delivers services in job training, child care, elder care, affordable housing, and assistance to homeless persons.
Dr. Patricia Morton, Director, Planning and Development, W.M. Keck Center for Collaborate Neuroscience Rutgers University

Dr. Morton is Director of Planning and Development at the W. M. Keck Center for Collaborative Neuroscience and a Professor at Rutgers University, and has worked with the Communities of Shalom National Committee and on international development projects.
