Hours: Part time, M-F approximately 15 hours per week. (This is a temporary position while our office manager is on an unexpected leave. Potential as a substitute fill in after the manager resumes her duties.)
Salary: As of January 1, 2022, $13 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Performs general office duties
- Receives daily mail, answering phone calls and emails
- Managing the office equipment
- Contact with church leaders and assists with projects
- Payroll coordinator including employee time sheets
- Processes purchases for church needs
- Other duties as listed on the job description
- Other duties as directed by the pastor
Reports to the Pastor, SPRC Chair and Committee
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks etc.
- Knowledge of Federal and NJ State payroll taxes and electronic transfer of the same
- Knowledge of Servant Keeper is a plus
- Administrative Assistant experience a plus
