Investment
Part of the Journey of Hope plan legislation names investment – financial investment and formation of leaders – as a transformational measure accompanied by measures and actions to work toward ending the sin of racism. The Journey of Hope plan speaks about investment in this way: “Invest in leadership, congregations, and ministries to repair harm, start new and grow existing congregations, recruit and develop more transformational leaders and work toward ending the sin of racism.”
Current financial investment in congregations names equity payments and grants as available resources.
