Each year, MOSAIC MINISTRIES partners seminary students and recent seminary graduates with a local church. The partnership enhances the local church by providing a new perspective for fresh ministries and enriches the students’ education and discernment process.

Since its founding, MOSAIC MINISTRIES has enabled more than 20 churches to become teaching congregations that have shaped over 40 young leaders who have gone on to serve in local church ministries, non-profit organizations, and doctoral studies programs.

MOSAIC pastors receive ongoing education through participation in a cohort learning group, one-on-one mentoring with seasoned pastors, and training conferences throughout the year to support their own professional growth. MOSAIC churches receive gifted and excellent leadership, the opportunity to apply for grant funding, and the blessings of becoming a teaching congregation that sends future leaders out into the world.
