Join us for Early Response Training, hosted by the Greater New Jersey Conference of the United Methodist Church, on January 4 at Calvary UMC in Dumont and January 11 at Pennington UMC, from 9:00am-4:00pm. This essential training, which costs $30 per person and includes lunch, is designed to enhance your skills and preparedness for times of need, equipping you with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively respond during crisis situations. Participants will also receive certification as an Early Response Team (ERT) member.
Whether you are a seasoned volunteer or new to disaster response, you will learn about understanding disaster response protocols, safety procedures, and best practices, along with hands-on skills for helping in the aftermath of disasters. This training is open to all who are interested in serving their community, building resilience, and making a meaningful difference.
