The Missional Data Manager works to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and usefulness of data and business systems for all departments and mission partners of EPA&GNJ by leading the Missional Data team and creating a culture of data-driven decision-making. This position works with staff, clergy, laity and vital mission partner leaders to improve systems (database and financial) and provide expert data analysis to further the mission of EPA&GNJ: recruiting transformational leaders so that we make disciples and grow vital congregations to transform the world. This position supervises the Missional Data Specialist and the Missional Data Administrator.
