Unlock your congregation’s full potential with an introduction to Pathways for Congregational Development. Attend one of two orientations August 26 or 28 via Zoom.
Are you eager to strengthen your congregation’s mission and make a positive impact in your community and beyond? The Pathways Program offers a range of transformative paths to help you discern God’s calling, foster deeper relationships, and build a sustainable future.
Join Pathways’ champions, the Revs. Gina Yeske (of GNJ) and Steve Morton (of EPA), for an introduction to Pathways on:
Saturday, August 26, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM (via Zoom)
Monday, August 28, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (via Zoom).
During these informative sessions, you will hear how Pathways can move congregations towards health and fruitfulness in the following areas:
- Vitality Pathway: Develop and achieve plans for worship, small groups, community engagement, discipleship, and giving.
- A Journey of Hope Pathway: Work towards ending racism through deeper relationships and learning.
- Sustainability Pathway: Secure your congregation’s financial future for sustained ministry.
- Community Engagement Pathway: Deepen community ministry, advocacy, and humanitarian assistance. This path can also lead your congregation to become a Hope Center.
- Next Gen Module: Empower youth to grow in their faith and purpose.
- Conflict Resolution Pathway: Resolve conflicts to foster a healthy congregation.
